3) Eat Junk Food on Emotions

When you’re angry, have a beer.
But having a piece of that chocolate or burger can’t solve the problem for you.
Be aware of non hungry eating and avoid eating in response to emotions – it just messes up your diet.
Why not match how you are feeling with a non food related activity that equals the emotional activity.
So the next time you are angry, take it out on a punching bag (not a love one) or go for a sprint; and if you are stressed, play tennis or hit the gym.
Just do something that is enjoyable and can release that pressure off your shoulders.
